Job Description

As a Sales Assistant for a luxury women's RTW brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You will be working within a team of passionate individuals who are committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide knowledgeable advice on our brand and products
Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling exchanges and returns
Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
Assist with visual merchandising and stock management
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of our brand and products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
