Sales Assistant - 16 hours per week

YOUR MISSION:

As Sales Assistant, you are responsible for:

Liaising with clients in all areas of sales, ensuring client interaction and a highly personalized approach
Utilizing specialist product knowledge when assisting with product selection and offering advice to customers
Processing payments of various kinds
Arranging delivery dates for larger items and dealing with customer complaints
Monitoring and updating sales display areas

YOUR PROFILE:

You bring a sales background (apprenticeship as Sales Assistant, or training, preferably in Retail) combined with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Sales Assistant or in a customer oriented position. You enjoy being a brand ambassador and delivering a unique shopping experience to the Victorinox clientele. With a friendly, positive and flexible mindset, you are a strong communicator and this enables you to easily establish long-term customer relationships. Good language skills in English are mandatory, any other languages would be an advantage. Your willingness to regularly work on weekends rounds off your profile.
