This globally recognized brand offers both men's and women's apparel, with a strong focus on denim and classic designs, achieving a sophisticated yet effortless everyday style.
As a Luxury Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a positive in-store atmosphere that reflects the brand's aesthetic. You'll also assist with maintaining the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring everything is organized and ready to serve customers at their best.
Sales Assistant key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
- Drive sales through personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, creating a loyal customer base.
- Support store operations, including maintaining a neat and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Contribute to a store environment that embodies the brand's vision and maximizes customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in a luxury or premium fashion retail environment.
- A confident, energetic, and approachable personality with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling.
