Summary:

The Senior Commercial Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial functions within the Facilities Management business. The main responsibilities include developing a thorough understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental laws, contract management, risk management, and financial forecasting. The role requires proficiency in IT skills to facilitate various tasks, including the use of the CAFM platform, managing business information, and demonstrating the value of services to clients. Active participation in improving operational efficiency, cost management, and cash flow maximisation through timely invoicing and payment receipt is essential. The ideal candidate will contribute to staff performance appraisals, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with our clients commercial processes and quality policies. They will also manage procurement processes, maintain robust reporting structures, and support project closeout procedures.
