SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT –  BOUTIQUE, CHELSEASALARY: Up to £34,000 + COMMISSION

ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through metrics like ATV and UPT.
  • Build lasting client relationships, offering personalized styling advice and maintaining a reputable client book.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional service to inspire customer loyalty.
  • Assist the management team with operational duties, including stock control, merchandising, and store maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in luxury or premium retail with proven sales success.
  • Strong clienteling skills, able to foster and nurture customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel in a high-paced environment..
