Job Title: Temporary Wholesale Assistant
Location: Gospel Oak, London (100% Office Based)
Our client is a renowned luxury fashion brand, celebrated for its elegant and sophisticated designs. Fashion enthusiasts and celebrities around the world covet their collections. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Wholesale Assistant to join the team at the Gospel Oak Head Offices for an immediate start.
Position Details:
• Job Title: Temporary Wholesale Assistant
• Location: Gospel Oak, London (100% office-based)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Pay: £13 - £15 per hour plus holiday pay depending on relevant industry experience
• Duration: Ongoing Temporary position with immediate start, likely 4 weeks minimum
Key Responsibilities:
• Sample Monitoring: Oversee and manage the inventory of samples to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Daily Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Systems Administration and Order Processing: Handle administrative tasks and process orders efficiently using our systems.
• Liaising with Other Departments: Collaborate with various departments daily to ensure seamless operations, including preparation for trade shows.
• Assisting with Market Preparations: Support the team in preparing for market activities, ensuring all materials and documentation are ready.
• Preparing Sales Reports: Compile and prepare various sales reports to assist in tracking and analyzing performance.
• Farfetch Product Upload and Pricing: Manage the upload and pricing of products on the Farfetch platform.
• Market Research: Research to gather insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Farfetch, is a plus.
