Description

Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead:

Oversee all aspects of the billing process, including order management, invoicing, and collections

  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy of orders and invoices
  • Manage customer queries and disputes relating to invoicing and payment
  • Work towards continual improvement of the Order to Cash process
  • Prepare regular reports on account status
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Mentor and train junior team members

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and order management systems
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team and guide junior staff
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • MUST HAVE FMCG OR RETAIL EXPERIENCE
