Responsibilities:

  • Classify, record, and summarise numerical and financial data to maintain accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or accounting software.
  • Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage debits, credits, and account totals using computer spreadsheets and specialised accounting software.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting software.
