Part Time Accounts Administrator South West LondonOffice Based 9am - 5:30pm
2 days a week - Tuesday and Friday

A manufacturing company based in South West London are looking for a switched on Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This role is two days a week, to help the client with the bookkeeping duties for the company. The role would be best suited to someone with a positive, can-do attitude.
Key attributes required for this position are good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. There is lots of scope for personal and professional development with this role as the company continues to expand.
Main duties of a Part Time Accounts Administrator
- Providing accounting, financial reporting and planning
- Management and ownership of accounting software are essential (ideally using QuickBooks)
- Providing support to the Sales Manager, Production Manager & Company Founder
- Organisation of accounting paperwork and filing
- Managing office purchases and petty cash
- Processing and Reconciling invoices
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Managing the accounts for the business.
Part Time Accounts Administrator Specification:
- To have experience working with accounts
- To be local
- Excellent attention to detail, good with numbers and processing data
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience using accounting software (ideally QuickBooks)
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, trustworthy & reliable
- Takes initiative, can multi-task and work unsupervised
- Enthusiasm to take ownership and develop own projects
