We seek an organised, detail-oriented part qualified Accounts Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, handling expense reports, and aiding in payroll processing.

Our client is a prominent firm FX and is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Description
- Manage invoices and ensure all payments are made promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Support the payroll department in processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounting-related transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting and finance team.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support in budget planning and management.
- Monthly bank reconciliations, quarterly management accounts and cost forecasts
- Raising sales invoices
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Part qualified - studying ACCA OR CIMA
- Proven experience in a similar role within Financial Services is preferred, however please still apply if not.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team.
