Our client, within the construction industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in London. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you, don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices for completed projects, services, and materials.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
  • Address billing discrepancies and resolve client payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to confirm billable items and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Generate accounts receivable reports and assist with audits.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in interior design, construction, or related industries is desirable.
