- Manage key accounts across major retail stores
- Handle sales invoice management through EDI and customer portals
- Oversee credit control
- Conduct credit checks on new account applications
- Manage debit notes (approval and credit note processing)
- Collaborate with customer service, account managers, and sales agents/reps
- Address potential issues and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare monthly commission statements for sales agents and reps in the UK, Europe, and the USA
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment (Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of VAT and international exports (FOB/Ex-works/DDP)
- Collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with essential Excel skills
- Eager to grow within the company
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Adaptable to change and new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
