Our client is a global SaaS type company with a range of accountancy software products supplying the small to medium sized marketplace. They are now seeking a contractor with experience of CIS payments / payroll in the construction industry for a post sales support role.
This is a 18 month contract based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. Hybrid role with 2 days in their offices in London.
Duties• Activate customer subscriptions and increase & accelerate adoption of other products.• Support customers from the start of their entire journey• Help develop the approach to customer activation and retention.
Skills
- • Accounting / Bookkeeping , Payroll and accountancy software knowledge.
- • Preferably Construction industry experience and CIS qualified.
- • Ability to build urgency in customers to activate and use their subscriptions.
- • Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- • Ability to deliver software-based product onboarding or training.
