An international trust client is seeking two client service team administrators with fluent Italian to compile invoices, payments and agreements.

job duties include:

  • Support a team in managing a portfolio of companies and trusts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
  • Compile agreements, invoices, payments, and maintain financial records and ledgers in collaboration with accountants.
  • Oversee the formation of companies and maintain accurate company files and records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
