An international trust client is seeking two client service team administrators with fluent Italian to compile invoices, payments and agreements.
job duties include:
- Support a team in managing a portfolio of companies and trusts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
- Compile agreements, invoices, payments, and maintain financial records and ledgers in collaboration with accountants.
- Oversee the formation of companies and maintain accurate company files and records.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
