Finance Assistant - 12-month FTC

£45 000 - £50 000 p/annum
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? We have partnered with a global advisory and investment group who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This individual will be an integral part of the team and will manage the purchase to pay process across their global entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process corporate supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Manage and handle vendor relationships.
- Code and process invoices, credits, and allocations, including fund recharge invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and generate AP reports.
- Set up new employees in SAP Concur and Business Central, managing user queries.
- Run monthly expense reports and coordinate expense payment approvals across all entities.
- Assist with bank transfers, payroll funding, credit card processing, and ad hoc financial tasks.
- Reconciliation of payments to expenses
Required Qualifications:
- Similar experience from asset management, financial services or professional services sectors
- Proven experience in AP management and expense management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central), SAP Concur.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
