Job Title: Finance AssistantSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + study supportOffice Location: City of London
Our client, a growing luxury design business based in the City of London, are looking tor recruit an ambitious, enthusiastic and technically astute Finance Assistant for their finance team. This will be a hybrid role with some work from home as well as being based in the high end, impressive offices.
The company has doubled in size in the last 2 months and is still growing. They are looking to add a Finance Assistant as part of that growth. The successful applicant will be joining an ambitious, commercial team so they are looking for someone personable with good communication skills as well as owning technical finance knowledge. There are multiple team events as well as company events so they are looking for someone social who wants to get stuck in!

Job responsibilities:• This will initially be an AP focused role but you will also get exposure to other areas of finance• Setting up supplier accounts and dealing with compliance on supply chain• Process all supplier and subcontractor invoices• Weekly payment runs• Process monthly expenses• Reconcile supplier statements• Assist with year end audit• Some basic credit control• Working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Manager in additional areas of finance
What they are looking for:• A solid educational background and ideally studying for an accountancy qualification• Previous AP experience• Good communications and someone social who wants to get involved with company events
