Are you an ambitious, detail-oriented finance junior looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support a growing finance department. This exciting new role reports directly to our Financial Controller and will allow you to play a vital part in the financial operations of our UK, US, and Asia divisions.

  • Set up new suppliers, process purchase ledger invoices, manage payment runs, and handle supplier queries.
  • Raise client invoices, manage credit control, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts and prepaid company cards.
  • Assist with audits, prepare VAT returns, and help with ad-hoc reporting and year-end tasks.
  • Ideally you will have university degree and be at early-stage studies in CIMA/ACCA.
  • Previous exposure to accounts payable and receivable in a finance department (SME experience preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement with a can-do attitude.
