Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK music industries most exciting scale ups, as they search for a Finance Assistant to join their ever-expanding team. This is a newly created role in line with the business growth, and will offer fantastic progression opportunities for the successful candidate.

Our client specialise in working with world leading artists and musicians, offering a range of services across marketing, event management and public relations. The Role:

Reporting into an experienced Finance Director and supporting a Managing Director with a fantastic presence and music industry background, this is a newly created role with high degrees of autonomy and influence on offer. The role will be broad in nature, and will suit candidates that are adaptable, work well in fast paced environments, and that can turn their hand to different duties when needed.

Duties:

  • Invoicing payment and processing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing of payments for clients and suppliers
  • Support with managing team budgets
  • Drive process improvements
  • Support with financial reporting and data analysis
  • Ensure consistency of clear tracking of finance records
  • Reconciliations of key accounts ensuring financial reporting accuracy

Salary: £28k - £32k
