Role: Finance Assistant - Quick Start

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 Contract 9-12 months
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Hybrid: 3-4 days a week in the office

VisionFR are acting on behalf of an exciting, successful, bright technology company. They offer a great working environment and are now looking for an exceptional Finance Assistant.
As Finance Assistant you will join the team on a 9-12 month contract basis. The role will include taking responsibility for the daily finance team tasks
Finance Assistant Responsibilities will include:
- Sales and purchase ledgers, raising and posting invoices
- Credit Control
- Managing finance emails
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing the direct debit process
- Updating weekly cashflows, ensuring all information is correct
- Liaising with the purchasing department
Finance Assistant Key Attributes Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role
- Strong all-round financial experience
- Sage50 and CRM Systems experience desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office
