  • Assist in preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee company bank accounts and monitor cash positions.
  • Manage and reconcile the purchase ledger from invoice receipt to payment.
  • Handle the expense ledger and corporate credit card claims, resolving any related issues.
  • Prepare and raise invoices as needed.
  • Assist with the recharging process.
  • Review and chase debtors as required.
  • Support weekly payroll.
  • Contribute to business analysis as needed.
About You: 
  • Holds a strong academic record, including a 2:1 degree or higher.
  • Has 6-12 months of accounting experience.
  • Is keen to pursue an accounting qualification.
  • Ideally has experience in the Media or Entertainment industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Is genuinely interested in building a career in accounting within a media organization.
