With strong potential to turn permanent, this is a great opportunity for an experience AP assistant to take responsibility of a AP function and offer new ideas to improve processes.

The Role - Part-Time Finance Assistant

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval for UK & US entity
Maintain and update supplier records.
Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and month-end closing processes.
Prepare journals and post at month end

The Person - Part-Time Finance Assistant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy
1-2 years working in a finance assistant or similar role
A background working for a creative, digital or marketing agency is highly advantegous
