- This is a temp to perm role initially starting with a 2-3 months contract with a view to becoming full time
- This is hybrid role, 3 days in the office in the City of London
- Hours 830am to 530pm 1 hour for lunch

- Purchase Ledger & Payment Processes
- Receive, check and input supplier invoices, staff expenses and payment card expenses with accurate nominal coding.
- Manage payment runs, send out remittance advices if needed and reconcile supplier statements
- Conduct quality assurance on purchase ledger processes

- Raise, send out and input customer invoices according to project plans, in consultation with project delivery teams.
- Credit control.

- Provide financial support to project delivery teams.
- Contribute to the Live updates of a project management model.

- Bank Reconciliations & Cash Management
- Input payments, reconcile with bank feeds and review outstanding items.
- Bank reconciliations, including payment cards.
- Contribute to the Live updates of a cashflow management model.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Profit & Loss account and Balance sheet reconciliations including prepare accruals & prepayment schedules as part of monthly management accounts, quarterly VAT returns and yearly final accounts process.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.
