  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice recording, supplier payments, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, managing invoicing, credit control, and aged debt reporting.
  • Support month-end close, assisting with reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and client records, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
The Successful Candidate
  • 18-24 months of experience in a transactional finance role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of process improvement.
  • Experience in an international or multi-entity business is desirable.
  • Ideally studying towards a finance qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
