- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice recording, supplier payments, and reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts receivable, managing invoicing, credit control, and aged debt reporting.
- Support month-end close, assisting with reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate supplier and client records, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- 18-24 months of experience in a transactional finance role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive problem-solver with a track record of process improvement.
- Experience in an international or multi-entity business is desirable.
- Ideally studying towards a finance qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
