Your new companyA fantastic Finance Assistant opportunity has arisen with a health-based charity based in Central London. This is a permanent role which offers flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office per week). Your new role

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 1 year of relevant finance experience.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a finance-related role or internship is a plus but not essential.
