Finance Assistant

Marketing Agency | Central London | 25k - 35k depending on experience| Hybrid | Temporary Assignment with permanent potential

A close knit, award winning advertising agency are on the search for a dynamic finance assistant to join their vibrant team.

Reporting to the FD, this is a an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the day to day transactional operations in a fun environment.

We would consider an experienced part-time finance assistant with a background working in marketing or creative agency, as well as full-time assistants.

Responsibilities - Finance Assistant

Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct approvals
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payment runs
Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment queries
Assist with month-end close

The Person - Finance Assistant

Previous experience in an accounts payable or related role ideally within creative services
Immediately available or available on 1-2 weeks notice
Confident & proactive individual comfortable talking to wider agency staff at all seniority levels
Strong numerical and organisation skills
Working knowledge of Paprika or a similar accounting/project software is highly advantageous
Strong working knowledge in Excel
