Finance Assistant

Location Central London - Hybrid 4 days a week in the office one from home

As a Finance Assistant, you Support the Finance team, organise our Company's day-to-day accounting procedures and provide support to Finance related projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing all AP invoices, payments and intercompany billings
  • Act as first point of contact for all AP queries internal and external
  • Administration of the accounts inbox(s)
  • Assisting with Finance related projects, in particular the NetSuite integration project
  • Provide support to wider Finance team
  • Reconciling bank transactions and statements
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
  • Reviewing and processing employee expense claims
  • Reviewing and processing employee credit cards and prepaid cards
  • Communicating with colleagues or third parties as necessary, by email or by phone

Ideal experience:

  • Experience of managing an accounts payable/purchase ledger
  • Experience with double entry bookkeeping
  • Ideally Part qualified Accountant
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Exposure to Microsoft Netsuite skills
  • Attention to detail, organisation and hard-working
