Robertson Bell are excited to partner with an exceptional charity that is driven through a great mission to recruit for a Finance Assistant! In this role you will be able to tackle financial challenges and grow your skillset and ecperience, on both sides of the ledger!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a backlog of credit card expenses and petty cash reconciliations across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Ensure accurate monthly postings, including intercompany transactions.
  • Address discrepancies in expense submissions, including missing receipts and direct debits.
  • Collaborate with team members to explore automation opportunities for efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on financial data to support organisational growth.

Based in Central London, the successful candidate will enjoy a competitive benefits package, in addition to hybrid working arrangements requiring two days in the office. Person Specification:

  • Experience with credit card, direct debit, petty cash, and intercompany financial processes. Strong Excel skills, including formatting, sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Familiarity with NAV and Xero systems.
  • A team player who can work independently and is ready to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, used to liaise with stakeholders.
