About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Finance Assistant to join our growing InfiniteCFO team!

You will join our client service team working directly with clients on a variety of projects, ensuring that accurate records are maintained and helping improve their current processes, including through the implementation of technology.

You will be a great communicator with the ability to elicit the necessary information from our clients to ensure that transactions are correctly processed, as well as being able to help clients adopt new ways of working.

You’ll be based in our London office, but will have the ability to work remotely from a home-based office and will be happy to occasionally travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Processing Sales transactions for our clients, from sales order to invoice and receipt to a high level of accuracy
  • Processing Purchase transactions for our clients from requisition to order, invoice and payment to a high level of accuracy
  • Working as part of a client engagement team to onboard new clients and implement our standard processes and automation tools
  • Working with the wider client service team to develop better ways of operating, implementing processes and tools to continuously improve the value we deliver to our clients and our the accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • Experience with Accounting Software g. Xero, Sage
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Process orientated with excellent attention to detail and processing accuracy
  • Ability to translate complex data into easy to understand messages
  • Agility and pace together with an ability to work and make decisions in an ambiguous, changing environment
  • You are organised, have excellent time management skills and know what key priorities you need to focus on.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced start-up
