We are recruiting for a well-established law firm based in Camden, NW1. With over 50 years of expertise in the legal sector, the firm is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in legal finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing both residential and commercial completions.
  • Processing CHAPS, BACS, and international payments efficiently.
  • Handling client receipts, designated deposit accounts, and client interest payments.
  • Ensuring full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and internal policies.
  • Experience with CCMS reporting and billing is essential.
  • Staying current on LAA Costs Assessment Guidance and applying Civil Procedures Rules.

What We're Looking For:

  • A team-orientated individual with a strong focus on client service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • In-depth knowledge of Solicitors Accounts rules and legal aid processes.
