Finance Assistant - Permanent - Real Estate Consultancy - Hybrid Working

Cobalt are excited to be working exclusively with a dynamic and high-growth real estate consultancy business in London to secure a Finance Assistant. The role is newly created and will work closely with the Finance Ops Manager to provide support to the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities,

  • Providing credit control services for both accounts payable and accounts receivable across the business including raising and managing company PO's.
  • Undertaking invoicing for the different business units each month, including Forecasting and PO management as necessary
  • Provide financial analysis for teams as required
  • Maintaining existing financial dashboards
  • Assist with budget and cashflow preparation along with ongoing monitoring
  • Month End reporting
  • Client and supplier set up including undertaking credit checks and on going management
  • Undertaking business wide AML checks and monitoring as necessary
  • Supporting Finance Director in other areas as necessary
  • Ad Hoc duties as required.

Required Experience,

  • Minimum AAT (level 1/2) qualified
  • Experience of accounts payable, credit control and KYC
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Real Estate experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills
