A prestigious health advisory and membership body is looking to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant to provide financial and administrative cover.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant role:
- Acting as point of contact for members, monitoring inboxes and answering finance and membership queries as needed.
- Use of Xero for invoicing, alongside LMS for adding invoice numbers.
- Ensuring payments have been received for membership orders, checking against membership forms listed on the organisation’s website.
Skills, qualifications and experience of the Finance Assistant role:
- Experience of using Xero and of working in an accounts receivable function.
- Experience of working within a membership environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent customer communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills.
Salary and benefits of the Finance Assistant role:
- c£13.25 per hour.
- Temporary placement for 10 working days, starting w/c 7th April .
- Based in Central London office.
