Duties for an Accounts Administrator
- Providing support to the accounting department
- Preparing financial statements
- Issuing receipts and invoices
- Good and accurate keyboard skills required.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Data Entry - using Microsoft office - Excel and Word
- Filing, scanning, printing
- Working as part of a team
- Chasing invoices and credit control
Desired Experience for an Accounts Administrator
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Attention to detail.
- Good customer service skills
- Graduate in Finance and Accounting
