As a finance assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely approval of customer invoices, supporting the finance and sales teams, and maintaining strong internal relationships. Join a team where attention to detail and efficient processes are valued! ??

Key Responsibilities:

?? Approving and processing customer invoices

?? Reviewing and resolving any discrepancies

?? Analysing data and coordinating with Account Managers for invoice validation

?? Following the process of invoice approval through online systems

?? Creating purchase orders and updating accrual trackers with invoice information

?? Working with the global finance team to streamline processes and reduce backlog

Person Specification:

�? Diligent and thorough, with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

�? Switched on individual

�? Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to analyse large amounts of data

�? Comfortable working towards deadlines and managing daily workload efficiently
