- Process invoices, payments, and staff expenses accurately.
- Reconcile financial data and support month-end reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Process purchase invoices and payment runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage staff expenses and reconcile bank statements.
- Post transactions onto SAGE, maintaining financial records in line with company procedures.
- Reconcile monthly financial data, including external content trackers and associated sales invoices.
- Assist in preparing and distributing corporate expense statements.
- Support the wider finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Deal with finance-related queries professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Assist the Head of Finance with ad-hoc projects, including budget updates.
- Solid experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify anomalies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and SAGE
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
