We are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a beauty and skincare brand on either a perm/fulltime or 12 month FTC basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Credit Controller.
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable balances and associated account balances.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Proactively handle aged debt, working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Prepare aging reports, monitor outstanding balances and escalate delinquent accounts as needed.
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Implement and improve credit control procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Provide support to Senior Finance Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (VLookups & pivot tables)
  • Must be capable of managing workload within a busy environment and must be able to meet deadlines
  • Ability and experience in improving and developing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels of the business and customers
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Problem solving attitude and ability to identify solutions that comply with policies and controls
  • Attention to detail, good organisational and effective time management skills
  • Experience of managing/mentoring a small team preferred.
  • Experience using Netsuite preferred.
