The role reports to the Income Manager and you will have three direct reports with whom you will work to ensure that processes and controls are in place to enable all income to be accurately recorded in the finance accounting system and housing management system. What you'll need to succeedLeadershipÂ

Housing ManagementÂ
- Process all transactions from our bank accounts web page so that they can be loaded onto our Cash Management System daily
- Ensure daily cash receipts from the companies’ bank accounts match the Receivables Bank Statement/cashbook
- Obtain Housing Benefit Schedules and payment schedules for payments made by the DWP to match the payments made by the local authorities so that they can be recorded onto the Housing Management system
