?? Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London

? Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, 2-3 days a week

?? Salary: £13.15 per hour

What you'll be doing as a Temporary Finance Administrator:

?? Reconciling daily P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for the website

?? Handling credit card deposits and resolving disputes

?? Ensuring timely preparation of fraud reporting and preventing fraudulent payments

?? Monitoring web payments and ensuring accuracy and timeliness

?? Collaborating with customer service teams to manage website order refunds

?? Maintaining digital financial records to Group standards

?? Assisting in the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting

?? Supporting the Finance team with ad-hoc requirements

�? Testing new processes for financial accuracy to improve website functionality

To excel in this role, you'll need:

?? Previous SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.

?? Good knowledge of Excel is preferred.

?? Great attention to detail.

?? Effective and confident communication skills with both your team and customer service teams, as well as external agencies.
