We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly reputable and progressive 360 full-service marketing agency that specialises in growth marketing and strategic consultancy for brands in luxury lifestyle, social enterprise and wellness sectors. They have built a highly prestigious client base and are passionate about working with companies and individuals that can help drive social change.

In this exciting and fast-paced role, the Paid Search & SEO Specialist will manage paid search campaigns, drive SEO strategies, optimise the clients’ web content for organic search, and analyse performance metrics to maximise reach and return on investment. In addition, the role includes but is not limited to:

SEO Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Manage link-building strategies and partnerships to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights.

Paid Search (PPC) Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google and Bing platforms
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify ad opportunities and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets as needed.
  • Test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyse PPC performance metrics, preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with overall goals.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting campaign objectives.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in both B2C SEO and PPC roles, along with a strong track record of success in managing campaigns and optimising organic search. You will have worked with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, as well as knowledge of website optimisation practices using HTML/CSS and CMS Platforms (ideally WordPress). Knowledge of Paid Social and Google certification would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
