As the SEO Specialist, you will work closely with the SEO Director to drive organic traffic growth, improve ranking and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.
The role:
- Conduct keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor gap analysis
- Perform technical audits and implement on-page optimisations
- Manage SEO-focused content production in collaboration with the Content Team
- Work with developers and product teams to implement necessary SEO changes
- Execute SEO tests and strategies across multiple sites
- Monitor SEO performance through Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
The Candidate
- 3+ years' SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimisation, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Ahrefs & Screaming Frog
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a basic understanding of PPC
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and ability to present SEO strategies to stakeholders
