Job Title: Web Performance and Technical SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Web Performance and Technical SEO Specialist to join our team on a B2B contract basis. You will be responsible for optimizing the performance and technical SEO aspects of our web platforms, ensuring seamless performance and maximum search engine visibility. This role requires close collaboration with development teams, technical debugging, and SEO auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with development teams to resolve Core Web Vitals issues and optimize web performance.
- Identify and fix front-end performance bottlenecks using detailed analysis and debugging.
- Lead and coach a team focused on web performance and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to address crawling, rendering, and indexing issues.
- Report effectively to stakeholders, communicating technical concepts and recommendations.
- Prioritize and organize technical SEO tasks to ensure continued performance enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Familiarity with rendering techniques, RUM tools, and BigQuery for performance monitoring.
- Experience in leading teams and managing technical SEO tasks.
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web components and SvelteKit is an added advantage.
