The Role

As the Art and Design Technology Technician, you will provide essential support to the department, ensuring that lessons and practical sessions run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining materials, tools, and equipment for lessons.
  • Assisting teachers with the setup and organization of practical activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in workshops and studios.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Providing technical support to students during lessons and extracurricular activities.
  • Assisting with the display of students' work around the school.
