Art Teacher

Blues Skies education are looking for a good-oustanding art teacher who may be available/at a loose end for the spring term 2025. We are working with a mainstream secondary school in North London to appoint a long term supply art teacher and the schoolis (Iam not jut saying it) a highly enjoyableplace to work/teach.

Ideally we are looking for an art teacher with a recognised teaching qualification, however we will consider an 'unqualified' applicant whom offers significant experience teaching art in a similar setting.

You will need:

• A sound knowledge of the national curriculum for Art & Design at Key Stage 3 & 4
• The ability to engage with and teach outstanding lessons to 25-30 students per class within the KS3 & 4 cohorts
• A proven track record of making good progress with your learners
• To be a dynamic and inspirational teacher and mentor
• To be available from January 2025-April 2025
• Have a complete understanding on how to Keep Children Safe in Education
• A fully enhanced DBS, proof of right to work andvalid references in line with your CV
