The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Inspire students to achieve their best in both academic and creative pursuits.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the department's vibrant program of exhibitions and workshops.
Qualifications and Person Specification
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialise in Art, with experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students of varying abilities.
- Passionate about developing students' artistic talents and creativity.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to the values of inclusion and respect.
