The Role
As an Art Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
- Foster a love of art and creativity, encouraging students to develop their artistic skills and confidence.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively.
- Contribute to the department's extracurricular activities, including art clubs and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have a strong academic background in Art and experience teaching in secondary schools.
- Be passionate about art education and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
- Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about contributing to school life.
