A Good Secondary School based in Barking and Dagenham, is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Art Teacher to start in April.

This Community school located in the borough of Barking & Dagenham, are looking to recruit an Art Teacher to join their team from April. The school has the highest expectations and ambitions for every student. Through a large investment, the school has recently completed their rebuild and the facilities are fantastic.
This larger than average school are very supportive of their staff, and are always trying to better there expertise. Having been graded Good in their last Ofsted, it was stated that "Leaders make sure that staff benefit from quality training to help them to contribute towards the school's priorities. ART TEACHER:

The facilities are second to none, and the department is situated in a purpose-built suite of workshops and design studios which are equipped for working in the full range of design and technology disciplines. Throughout the department there is a wide range of experience and skills, resulting in continual year on year increases in their GCSE, BTEC and A-Level results. The quality of the students work in all areas are of the highest standard and the department works very closely together to find innovative ways to ensure that students are provided with the skills and support to achieve success.
This school are looking for a Art Techer who is able to teach Graphics, to start in April and will be covering a year long maternity leave.
To be considered for this Art Teacher role you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- PGCE in Design Technology/Art
- Experience teaching Graphics and/or Art
- The desire to join a very successful department and school
