About the Role:

As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will help foster a love for the subject, prepare students for their exams, and support their progress through dynamic teaching and interactive learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver Biology lessons in line with the curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Prepare students for GCSEs and A-Level examinations.
  • Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes high achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices in teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Biology and the ability to teach across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Proven experience in delivering engaging, student centered lessons.
