Are you a Key Stage 3 to 5 Business Studies and Economics Teacher looking for your next challenge from January 2025? Would you like to work in a leading mainstream secondary school in the heart of the vibrant community of Greenwich? 

About the Role

  • You will be an inspirational teacher who can capture students interest, help them to self-solve problems and provide opportunity for them to understand the wider world of work and commerce they will be entering. You will be able to teach both Business Studies and Economics up to KS5. This is a full-time, permanent postion.

Job role requirements 

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Economics and Business Studies.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and resources.

Qualifications and Person Specification 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Economics and Business Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Economics and Business Studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
