The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for supervising pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson materials across various subjects.
- Maintain an engaging, focused, and respectful classroom environment.
- Support students in completing their work and staying on task.
- Uphold the academy's high standards for behaviour and safeguarding.
- Assist with additional school duties as required.
