About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
- Support students with their learning and encourage positive behavior.
- Gain valuable classroom experience in a dynamic school environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A confident and professional individual with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience working with young people, such as in education, youth work, or coaching.
- A passion for supporting students' learning and development.
- The ability to manage a classroom effectively and follow school policies.
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
